Kelley Kendle, Chief Executive Officer and Chair
Kelley brings a wealth of executive experience in service-based businesses targeting medical device and pharmaceutical companies. She previously held executive positions as President and CEO of Synchrogenix (a subsidiary of Certara), Chief Solutions Officer of Certara, a pharma-focused strategic regulatory services business, and as CEO of a European Medical Device CRO. Ms. Kendle led Synchrogenix’s growth from one office with 15 employees to a multi-national organization with 14 offices globally and over 350 FTEs. She is adept at partnering with founder-led companies and maintaining the culture and service focus that differentiates them.
Xin Zhang, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Corporate Development
Xin is an experienced company director and private equity investor in mid-market companies with a focus on long-term sustainable growth, change management, and value creation. He brings extensive financial leadership experience to ClariMed, having previously worked as Vice President at Imperial Capital, where he served on the Board of Directors for three companies and led the launch of two healthcare services platform investments. Xin has also worked in M&A investment banking at Citi and earned his CPA at PwC.
Founders
Louisa Harvey, Founder and Principal, Harvey Medical
Louisa founded Harvey Medical Consulting in 2012, having worked in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry for over 15 years. She is passionate about usability of medical devices and, in 2018, co-founded Medical Human Factors Network whose mission is to raise the bar of human factors work in the UK. Louisa spends time both in the UK office and The Netherlands office.
Louisa also regularly presents at international conferences on the subject of device usability and ethics. She holds an MSc in Industrial Pharmaceutical Science and is an accomplished moderator, facilitating on average 600 interviews a year. Her project experience spans across many different products areas, from handheld auto-injectors through to large surgical systems. Louisa’s personable, can-do attitude and determination to get to the bottom of clients’ business questions, ensure that every project is a success!
