UserWise was founded in 2014. It is now a world-leading human factors consultancy, providing the very best expertise within its 40 human factors consultants.
UserWise has been collaborating with the FDA and San Jose State University (SJSU) on FDA-grant-funded research to evaluate the impact of training decay duration on participant’s performance in medical product human factors validation testing.
In January 2020, we successfully completed an initial pilot study. In Q2 of 2022, we completed running sessions and are now excited to report on the "Training Decay Selection for Medical Product Usability Validation Testing” results. If you’d like to find out more, please visit UserWise.

Harvey Medical Consulting Ltd
Harvey Medical was founded by Louisa Harvey in 2012, with the aim of providing a human factors and market research consultancy which could offer clients with detailed and swift feedback from users throughout their design and development process.
They have offices in Cambridge UK and Utrecht NL. Harvey Medical has an in-house multidisciplinary team of human factors and market research specialists, which means that, unlike most other agencies, they provide research services that cover the entire product development cycle. They have a unique hybrid of Human Factors and Market Research expertise. This hybrid ensures that in Human Factors studies they always have a commercially sensitive mindset, and when conducting Market Research studies they ensure product safety and usability are at the forefront of their researchers minds. Harvey Medical also offers recruitment for projects, specialising in hard-to-reach populations, and also has two onsite viewing facilities.
