Georgia Cater

Georgia Cater is a Human Factors Consultant at ClariMed, bringing experience from both the usability consultancy and medical device manufacturer worlds. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Biomedical Engineering from Swansea University and has more than four years of experience across the full product development lifecycle. She has particular expertise working with lay users, across devices including injection systems, catheters, stomas, and digital health products. She has executed more than 1,000 hours of formative and summative evaluations across Europe and the US, supporting regulatory submissions to the FDA, EU MDR, and UKCA. Grounded in IEC 62366-1 and FDA Human Factors guidance, she brings the human sensitivity and technical discipline needed to help bring safe, effective, and easy-to-use medical devices to market.
