Kelley Henderson Kendle

Kelley is the CEO and Chairman of the Board at ClariMed, bringing a wealth of executive experience in service-based businesses targeting medical device and pharmaceutical companies. She has held leadership positions as President and CEO of Synchrogenix (a Certara subsidiary), Chief Solutions Officer of Certara, a pharma-focused strategic regulatory services business, and CEO of a European Medical Device CRO. Under her leadership, Synchrogenix grew from a single office with 15 employees to a multinational organization with 14 offices globally and over 350 FTEs. Kelley is adept at partnering with founder-led companies and maintaining the culture and service focus that sets them apart. In addition to her role at ClariMed, Kelley serves as an operating partner at NaviMed Capital, a healthcare focused private equity firm, and is a board member at JPA Health, Canopy Life Sciences. At JPA Health, she sits on the compensation and finance committee. Kelley also previously held an advisory role with ICG’s life sciences fund.
