Tracy Elliman

Tracy Elliman recruits participants for ClariMed's human factors studies and manages study startup, the work that determines whether a study runs on schedule with the right people in the room. She came to research operations from an unusually broad background: a clinical trial healthcare advocate whose work took her to Capitol Hill, a real estate operations manager, and people-experience leader across global workplace operations, employee engagement, project launches, hospitality and events. That range shapes how she approaches recruitment. Finding the right intended users is a logistics problem and keeping them comfortable and engaged through a session is a hospitality one. Tracy holds a degree in Marketing and Administration from Goldey-Beacom College.
