With over 15 years of experience supporting executives across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors, she brings valuable expertise in organizational leadership and program management. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, Victoria orchestrates cross-functional collaboration and ensures seamless execution of high-priority initiatives. Her background includes successfully scaling operations and driving digital transformation for major healthcare and retail organizations. Prior to ClariMed, she served as Senior Director of Client & Program Management at Trellist Marketing & Technology, where she spearheaded strategic programs for clients. Victoria holds an M.S. in International Marketing from St. Joseph's University and is bilingual in English and Russian.
