Xin serves as the CFO and Head of Corporate Development at ClariMed. He is an accomplished company director and private equity investor with a focus on driving sustainable growth, change management, and value creation in mid-market companies. His extensive financial leadership experience includes serving as Vice President at Imperial Capital, where he led the launch of two healthcare services platform investments and served on the Board of Directors for three companies. Xin has also worked in M&A investment banking at Citi and earned his CPA at PwC.
