Jessica Parry

Jessica Parry heads ClariMed's Leeds office and has spent more than a decade making medical devices and healthcare technology safer and easier to use for the people who actually use them. With a background in exercise science and ergonomics, she works with intended users, healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to find the insights that drive design change, specializing in translating complex data into recommendations that reduce use-related risk in high-stakes environments. Jessica contributes to ISO and BSI medical device usability standards, helping shape the international frameworks the field works to, and prepares the human factors documentation that supports health authority submissions. In 2026 she was named to the MVL100 list of MedTech Voices Worth Following. She presents regularly on human factors topics and mentors consultants across the team.
